I understand that I have to be 18 years old or above to have any form of Permanent Makeup. (Exceptions for medical reasons)

I understand that gift vouchers purchased online and in store can be used for one service to one voucher. You can not redeem multipule gift vouchers from one service.
I understand that Etched by Briony Permanent Makeup requires a non-refundable booking fee at the time of making a booking to secure my appointment and it is not transferable to another service.
I understand that Etched by Briony Permanent Makeup requires 48 hours notice in order to reschedule an appointment or the non-refundable booking fee will be kept and another will be required to secure a new appointment.
I understand that I can only reschedule my appointment once with 48 hours notice or another non-refundable booking fee will be required.
I understand that if I cancel or do not show up for my appointment the booking fee is non-refundable.
I understand that if your treatment requires another session, due to skin type, the application will be charged at a separate fee.
I understand a second application appointment must be taken within 1-3 months of your first appointment at the charge of £50.
I understand that I can only reschedule my second application appointment once or I will lose the appointment.
I understand a review appointment is to be expected between 6-18 months from your original treatment date – ultimately dependent on my skin type, colour of pigment implanted, environmental factors, UV exposure and medical grade skin treatments etc. A Top Up is only 1 application, if a second is needed this is due to your skin and an extra cost will occur.
I declare that the information I have given concerning my health and well-being is correct. I understand that all treatments come with risks and that I may have an adverse reaction due to no fault of my own or of the professional carrying out the treatment.
Payment is accepted by booking system or cash. Cheques are not accepted.
I understand that refunds will not be given prior or post procedure.
Late arrivals to an appointment more than 10 minutes may result in rescheduling your treatment due to Etched by Briony busy schedule.
I understand that any social media competitions do not include work corrected by a previous artist.
